We are now offering two types of no-contact virtual consultations for interior design services:

  • Video Call Consultations – This is possible via several familiar platforms. Together, we will virtually tour your space/s and discuss your ideas, inspirations & project possibilities.
  • Phone Call Consultations – We are happy to review photos of your spaces and discuss your project via a call if you prefer not to video chat.

We make the process as seamless as possible. Based on our dialogs, we develop a curated design solution with options to address your specific needs and tastes from our vast offering of vetted and highly respected furnishings sources. We’re there with you every step of the way from Inspiration through Installation

How does the process work?

Once we have set-up a time and date for our meeting, you will receive an email invite containing our unique meeting link providing your access into our virtual meeting room. We’ll meet you there for our fully immersive scheduled appointment!

We typically begin with a virtual tour to “survey” your spaces and to gain a sense of your present style, priorities, goals and exactly how you’d like your space/s to feel and function. We will discuss mutual expectations and answer all of your questions about our process and how we will be implementing all aspects of your new design solutions.

Once we’ve jointly established your unique project scope, including a comfortable working investment range, we will outline design fees and a payment schedule, if applicable.

Though we are a full-service design company, our changing business operations may require a bit of assistance from you such as providing working measurements of your space (with our guidance) during or following our virtual time together. We may request additional details, photos or measurements for developing accurate plans and proposals.

How do I pay for your interior design services?

Payment for our services is processed through the Cash app, Venmo or personal check. For our clients who prefer to pay by credit card, we are happy to accommodate these requests by phone, passing through the convenience charge, usually 3%. Design-only consultations are payable in advance after a single page agreement is prepared and signed. Design consultation fees are fully waived for our full service purchasing clients.

How long does the design process take?

Following 1 to 2 initial virtual consultations and additional electronic communication, the research, preliminary design and presentation process varies between 1 and 2 weeks for full room design. This includes sourcing of all furnishings including accessories (with options), selection of material and fabrics, execution of your mood inspiration boards, scale drawings, additional visualization (as needed) and procurement documents, beginning with your detailed proposal. We will also discuss integration of your most important existing furnishings if/as appropriate.

How will the design be presented?

Your comprehensive design presentation is streamlined and shared via specially-curated interactive digital folders or PowerPoint during another virtual appointment within the same platform used for our initial consultation.

What if I want to see fabric, materials and paint samples?

We facilitate porch drop-offs/pick-ups for fabric samples and materials the day before the follow-up appointment. In this way you will have everything at hand for your presentation.

Will I receive a hard copy of my new design?

Once your design is finalized and you are ready to move ahead with your project through completion, you will receive a hardcopy of your custom-designed space. We can also share the link/s to your design presentation. We will provide a folder for samples and hard copy documents.
