Bratenahl – Bratenahl is a town in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. It is bordered by both the City of Cleveland and Lake Erie. Incorporated by the state legislature in 1905, Bratenahl is one of the oldest towns in Ohio. Bratenahl is a small community which hosts fewer than 1,200 residents and 700 households. The village is known for its affluence, especially its famous Lake Shore Boulevard. Bratenahl takes pride in maintaining its history. As one of the oldest neighborhoods in the state of Ohio Bratenahl has built and maintains a historical society to keep records on the village.

Rockefeller Park Greenhouse of Bratenahl – The Rockefeller Park Greenhouse of Bratenahl is a city owned botanical garden and greenhouse located off of MLK Boulevard. The park and greenhouse have free admission and also contain seasonal floral displays. Every day the Park strives to provide the city of Cleveland with plants based on its landscaping needs and also acts as an education center.

Cleveland Lakefront Nature Preserve – The Cleveland Lakefront Nature Preserve is an 88 acre nature preserve located in Bratenahl. The preserve begun as a dredge impoundment to contain spoils excavated from the Cuyhaoga River. The preserve is home to about 280 species of birds. The fall migration at the Nature preserve leads to many beautiful sightings of these bird species.

Glenville Public Library – The Glenville Public Library is located in Bratenahl and is a branch of the Cleveland Public Library system. The Glenville Public Library offers a wealth of both physical publications as well as online resources and information. The library opened in 1972 and offers community speakers and events for all the citizens of Cleveland and surrounding neighboroods.
